Our founder, José Sol, travelled to Bangkok to represent Spanish Ham Master at Thaifex Anuga Asia, one of the most important food and beverage trade shows in the region. Thanks to the invitation of CTI Fod Supply, official importer of Ibéricos Covap, we joined their stand to showcase Spain’s most iconic delicacy alongside some of the world’s finest ingredients, from Wagyu beef to oysters and premium seafood.

Jose Sol gave live carving demonstrations throughout the fair, offering visitors an authentic taste of Spain’s gastronomic heritage. The response was overwhelming, and the pairing of jamón ibérico with Thailand’s fast-growing interest in fine food made this experience a complete success.
During our time in Bangkok, we also had the privilege of joining a very special event at Vaso Bangkok, one of the city’s most fashionable restaurants, where José Sol collaborated with Chef Palanca, a Madrid-born talent who has become a rising star in Thailand’s culinary scene. Together, they delivered a jamón experience full of passion, flavour and cultural exchange.

To top off an incredible visit, we served jamón at a prestigious event hosted by Bentley and Beauty Gems, presenting a limited-edition Bentley model designed by Thai jeweller Suriyon Sriorathaikul. Surrounded by elegance and craftsmanship, jamón ibérico once again proved it belongs at the very highest level of global luxury.
After the event, our founder José Sol was gifted a jewel-inspired book by renowned designer Suriyon Sriorathaikul.
