This year, for the second year in a row, José Sol, founder of Spanish Ham Master, opened the doors of his renowned Jamón Bar at Royal Ascot, one of the United Kingdom’s most exclusive social and sporting events.

The spotlight was once again on Jamón Ibérico, enjoyed in a setting full of tradition, elegance, and world-class gastronomy. Hundreds of visitors stopped by to experience the art of hand-carving jamón and to taste some of the finest pieces, carefully selected by our team.
