Excellence in the VIP experience, working with Cambio de Tercio Group

A few weeks ago, Spanish Ham Master had the honour of taking part in one of the most prestigious tennis events in the world, the Laver Cup 2025 at the Chase Center in San Francisco.
Our founder, Jose Sol, travelled from London to personally lead our signature jamón carving service, offering a live carving experience to the distinguished guests of the VIP lounges, including the ultra-exclusive Rocket Club.
This opportunity came thanks to our friends and long-time collaborators at Cambio de Tercio Group, who were selected as Culinary Advisors for the entire VIP hospitality concept at the Laver Cup, a true milestone in Spanish gastronomy abroad. Alongside their London-based team of chefs, they brought the soul of Spanish cuisine to the heart of California.

For this event, we served Jamón Alta Expresión 100% Ibérico Bellota, vintage 2021, a product that represents the very peak of Spanish culinary heritage. The rich, complex flavours of the jamón delighted VIP guests, tennis legends, and global icons alike.
Among the distinguished visitors to the Rocket Club were Bill Gates, Pau Gasol, Stephen Curry, Carlos Alcaraz, Andre Agassi, and many more stars from the world of tennis, sports, and beyond.
Bringing the art of jamón carving to such a high-profile international stage is a responsibility we take with pride. Spanish Ham Master exists to celebrate the beauty of our tradition, and to bring it, hand-carved and heart-driven, to the world’s most exclusive settings.
Our warmest thanks to Abel Lusa and the entire team at Cambio de Tercio for trusting us to be part of this incredible project. We look forward to many more global moments to come.
