From May 23rd to 25th, the engines roared and the adrenaline flowed at the legendary MotoGP Grand Prix in Silverstone. But beyond the noise of the track, something truly exceptional was happening in the VIP Paddock Lounge, the unmistakable aroma of freshly carved Jamón Ibérico 100% acorn-fed was delighting motorsport enthusiasts from around the world.
Once again, Spanish Ham Master was invited to elevate the hospitality experience at one of the most prestigious events in the racing calendar. Behind the knife was our founder, Jose Sol, who has become a familiar face at Silverstone. Over the years, he’s carved for some of the most iconic names in motorsport, including Ducati and Ferrari during Formula 1 weekends.
This time, guests enjoyed two full legs of Sierra de Sevilla’s premium jamón ibérico de bellota, hand-carved live between Friday and Saturday. Accompanied by a curated selection of acorn-fed cold cuts and artisanal cheeses, the experience was nothing short of unforgettable.
At Spanish Ham Master, we believe gastronomy is part of the show, and nothing adds more flavour to an event than a perfectly sliced jamón ibérico. Our live carving station became a meeting point for VIP guests, where flavour met tradition and Spain met speed.
The response? Overwhelming. Guests returned for second and third tastings, many discovering the magic of true Ibérico ham for the first time. We’re deeply grateful for the warm welcome and kind words from everyone who stopped by.
